We offer care plans for patients that need adjustments more frequently.

Care plans vary according to what level care is chosen:  twice or more times a month, once a week, or twice a month. Plans start on the day of purchase, and need to be used within one month from that date (30 days approx).

Normal fees: Adult $50  Child: $35

Two Visits   Family ($225)  Couple ($150)  Individual  ($85) Child ($60)

Four Visits  Family ($325)  Couple ($225)  Individual ($125) Child ($100)

Unlimited 8+ visits per month: Couple ($350) Individual ($250)

What patients should know about insurance?

• Quote of benefits is not a guarantee of payment.

• Patient max responsibility for chiropractic claim is $58 per treatment.

• We file and bill some insurance as a courtesy for the patient.

• We recommend that patients call their insurance companies before a visit so that they are aware of any co-pay or deductible amounts.
